Writing your dream down makes you have a map as to how you may/will make that dream a reality, most successful people have always got a notebook which is either with them always or beside their bed in order to make those notes about how they can turn what they have dreamed about to reality.

Accurate success is the rhythmic way of making excellence in dreams turn to reality, the vision of the brain to visualise what one is excellently Good at turning it to the most valuable aspect of ones greatness. A lot of people have forgotten their purpose in life, letting others live their dreams and ideas for them, they complain about things going wrong because of such and such, that and that, once you start a life of blame you become an expert in it, no matter how difficult your life may seem, keep dreaming bigger than you ever imagine, no matter how many times you have been treated like you are nothing, keep believing in something, no matter how many times you fail, keep fresh and fronting ideas and dreams. Leadership is never about self it is always about the collective, our world today has leaders that are appointed because of what they may have done for the organisation not how they contribute towards the betterment of the organisation and its purpose.

We have organisations and institutions that have leaders who have no heart for the values of the organisations existence, they are there as per entitlement not qualification, this has for years cost organisations and institutions a lot of money trying to find out why the institutions or organisations are not performing.

Founders of things or organisations, institutions may not be suitable leaders of these institutions or organisations, yes they may have an idea on the foundation of the organisation or institutions but may not have the qualities to run the organisation.

Adaptability Leadership is the ability to recognise as a leader what you are good at and admitting that there areas that you lake and others in your organisation have those skills you don’t, so always have a mindset of the one willing to learn from those that you lead

When you are a leader growth should always be the greatest thing you possess, when you as an individual grow then it means your team grows much more than anything you can ever imagine. It is however that most leaders see their teams and those they lead not being the best they can ever be, because they themselves as leaders can not grow beyond where they are.

A lot of our leadership today becomes more of an individual than the collective, we become leaders because we are dearly aspiring to serve, once we are in positions of leadership we forget service and start being obsessive of what things they have achieved than evaluating what needs done and what the Collective has done to reach the level they have.

The thought of a leader often affects those that he/she leads, ambition is not a bad thing, however most of our leaders today are over-ambitious, when you have two or three people that have given you the mandate to be their leader, remember to make them believe first in the reality of things that are visible to them before embarking on ambition.

There are a lot of Leaders who have lost the battle of Leadership before they even begin it, all because they have promised too much or too little of their capabilities, if we are to be the most successful leaders in our generation we should learn to live within our capabilities, it is not all of us that are given the capabilities of doing things. Most of us as leaders have just been relying on their strength more than learn from those we serve, remember being a great leader you become a great servant first, you can never take people to a place where you do not believe you can make it by yourself.

Most leaders think that their tittle gives them the power to be respected and perform miracle of earning everybody’s respect, remember inflicting fear in people makes you loose the best relationships with those you lead and further takes away your peace as a person, can i just make an observation of leadership?, most of the leaders that are feared are called dictators not leaders, they lead by inflicting fear to those they lead, they believe that they have achieved everything and those that they lead are just subjects than subordinates. Fear and leadership are two different things, fear is for those that do not aspire to grow in leadership but want to keep holding on to what they think they have been taught than what they have achieved and developed themselves.

Ardent Leadership is the power to influence without fear, the confidence in service you give as an individual, creating room to learn as an individual, taking every obstacle and mistake as room for improvement

Leadership has never been and will never be an easy journey, first a leader has to be the servant of those that he serves which is much of a different ball game in todays leadership, todays leaders are serving themselves more than they serve those they are meant to lead.

A lot of us rush into wanting a position than learning to be a servant of the position that we aspire to have, we have become greedy of the position and the perks that comes with the position. Leadership is never about position its about the power to serve even if the position was to be removed, a tittle will never by any means gain you respect, but your character will, most leaders lake character therefore feel threatened by those that they lead that possess the best in character than they do.

I remember a word that my father kept hammering in my heard about respect, he said to me that respect was earned not given, as i have grown up in positions of leadership i have experienced more leaders that want to be given respect other than earning respect, the first thing that most leaders fail to understand is the service to those we lead and the character to maintain the same status of servant-hood to those we serve.

Astonishing leadership is the power to combine character, servant-hood and the nature of respect towards those that we lead

I believe we all can be best at developing our characters to be the best leaders in our Organizations, businesses or institutions

Systematic Peace

There is a mother out there that sent his son to go and buy bread so they could have breakfast, the son never returned, he has been shot dead by the army of a nation that is meant to protect him.

There is a woman who is in labour yet she will not see what she gave birth to as the hospital she is admitted to is now on lock down taken over by the army of the nation that is meant to protect its citizens, what’s happening in this world we are living in? There is no certainty even to those countries that are already savavaged.

United Nations and the world, Zimbabwe is in turmoil yet you are quite and not responding to the urgency of the matter on the ground. Do something to retain the system of peace to the people of Zimbabwe, do something for peace to be the connection of the people and this wonderful world

This is my letter as a concerned world citizen

The Constitution Of Peace

War is now the emblem of humanity, the Western World vesus the Eastern World, the East Vesus the South, nobody seems to be enjoying peace, everyone is in tears and hearts are broken.

Religion and politics have caused our wonderful world to be more than a space for all to live in, in peace, the word peace means a whole lot of different things to both a politician and a religious leader to one it means something else to another it means retaliation of provocation.

What is going on in this world, who is going to be the advocate for peace when nations believed to be peaceful are the ones provoking others in war. United Nations and the world tell me what is Israel doing in Syria? Isn’t Al-Assad alone not causing enough mayhem to his people? Syria is already ravaged United Nations and the world we can not sit and fold our arms and watch the constitution of peace be more ravaged than what it is now.

Do something for Syria to retain to its peace constitution, this can no longer be something to be ignored

There is a drum beat in a continent somewhere, this drum beat is getting louder and louder in the jungle and forest of the DRC, this Drum speaks and its speaking is so far beyond borders, it’s speaking can not be ignored anymore

Violence and outcry is now a normality for humanity and the people of the DRC, the whole world is watching and doing absolutely nothing, it becomes news and the news we feel is breaking news is actually at the time of broadcast is now stale news as there is breaking News every single day for the people of DRC

African Union, United Nations and the world until when do you want to come up with a resolution to this human crisis of delaying peace for the people of the DRC? My heart yearns for that day when The AFRICAN Union becomes a champion in setting peace goals and achieving them, for the United Nations to be an Arsenal towards building lasting peace negotiations

My heart can not take anymore stabbing of unjustified pain for peace not negotiated
