Authority is not in what you can say or what you are capable of doing, it is in ones character, most leaders have failed to build characters of themselves however wanting to have an impact on others.

Your character is your best key to authority, you can not have authority without character, no matter how much power you possess without character you have only power not authority. There is a difference between authority and power, power is capability to do, authority is the influence to achieve and do, and influence to do is only achieved through character not what you are capable of doing.

Most of our leaders today have a notion that having power is all they need to have the authority over organisations and institutions or businesses they run, let me be frank with us leaders, power is money, resources you have to own something, but it doesn’t mean if you own it they will respect you, authority is the influence which you can have by the way you carry yourself after an acquisition which can simply be said to be your character.

Affirmitive Leadership is the power of character that exceeds ego, achievement and desires, it is the ability to influence through work and deeds.

Let us all affirm our leadership aspect and become champions that create other champions

May i say sometimes in life you have to get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself to do much more than what you ever imagine doing. Patience is a virtue which most of us seem not to have, in many ways or the other most of us could have been who we aspire to be, however we are not where we want to be because either we acted earlier than the right time or we were late at taking opportunities that were meant to be ours.

There is no greater power in Success than patience, a great person and a successful one for that matter is the most patient individual you can ever imagine. Most of us don’t understand that success is a process not a program hence you need to be patient with the process for it to produce, you can not scientifically plant today and expect the seed to germinate tomorrow, that is impossible.

Most opportunities are available to be taken, however we miss them because we are so much concerned about how someone else is making it and we are stagnant, everyone has their path in life if we all walk in our paths I tell you, we all will be successful.

When it doesn’t matter to you it won’t matter even to opportunities that are available for it to work, I mean a lot of us have great ideas and dreams however these come crushing down because we have less time for our ideas and dreams than we have for other people’s.

There is no point in wanting to become the best person if you are not going to put an effort to make it happen, being the best means that there are tests that will bring the worst in a person for them to attain the best. Success journey is not travelled well with many it is a lonely journey, if you want to be successful then know that there are stressful nights, days, months, and even years of toiling alone, all it takes is your passion and dedication in whatever you are truly Good at.

Leadership is never about self it is always about the collective, our world today has leaders that are appointed because of what they may have done for the organisation not how they contribute towards the betterment of the organisation and its purpose.

We have organisations and institutions that have leaders who have no heart for the values of the organisations existence, they are there as per entitlement not qualification, this has for years cost organisations and institutions a lot of money trying to find out why the institutions or organisations are not performing.

Founders of things or organisations, institutions may not be suitable leaders of these institutions or organisations, yes they may have an idea on the foundation of the organisation or institutions but may not have the qualities to run the organisation.

Adaptability Leadership is the ability to recognise as a leader what you are good at and admitting that there areas that you lake and others in your organisation have those skills you don’t, so always have a mindset of the one willing to learn from those that you lead

It’s good to admire someone else’s vision while pushing hard to make yours as good as theirs, our world today is  now full of people who rather dwell on advertising others than creating adverts of themselves as to how good they are at what they do.

True heroes are never the ones that talk about how they became heroes, their story is told by those that see what they have achieved, most of us today want to be heroes and we do everything to get to the heroes status not doing everything to grow in being heroes.

Success is everybody’s dream it is however that there are a few that take opportunities that they have to make success the best they can achieve, most of us are not at the place that we aught to be because at times when we are meant to show up in success we end up having other peoples plans instead of our plans. If today i may ask each and everyone of us that has a desire and dreams that whose dreams have we worked hard to make a reality? I guess a lot of us will have the same answer, that is half a dozen of us may have been thinking we are chasing our own dreams yet we are making other people’s dreams a reality at our own expense. What you desire is often locked up in what you are very good at, no matter your passion, interest/dedication there is treasure you have that is locked up in whatever you are very good at.

Absorbed Success is just the desire of unlocking whatever you are very good at, travailing in excellency in maintaining its passion and desire, turning dreams that may have been dead into living realities. You can no make what you do not believe in into reality, you can not either turn nothing into something, there is nothing new that makes the next person successful its just that they embraced whatever they are good at much better than most of us, i believe we all have an idea of absorbing success and making it to our advantage

There is nothing that is so exciting than the love that we enjoy having as a people, most of us have not managed to keep relationships because of the way we handle ourselves in such relationships that we have/desire to have.

in most cases a lot of us are always crying about how we are all alone and no one is willing or even has the nerve to ask us out or to ask if we are are in a relationship or not, we often say that there is no one that wants us and no one wants to be with us i any given way, may i just say that there is no one that dose not want to be with anyone, however the behavior of us as a human race distances us from the realities of love as a passport to a great relationship that we may desire.

Our language in our own as a people in families has to tell someone on the outside what kind of an individual one is, most of us believe that whatever we say becomes the law, we believe that we are the reason for everyone to live on egg shells around us, this is why at times we feel lonely and deserted because of the way we speak and act. Have you ever wondered as a human being how many relationships have you as a person ruined up for yourself? just reflect and look into the way that you handle yourself around people. Love is kind, true, giving, forgiving and unselfish, it may be that there is only one or two principles of love that you are not following that is the reason why you are having difficulties enjoying the best in relationships that you could enjoy.

Remember that your tongue and character can be the only tie breaker to getting you the best in relationships.

A lot of us have failed to maintain relationships because of not understanding love as an operator of relationships, a lot of times we loose the best for the envy of material that when we get them they become the most bothersome things we can ever imagine, I’ve seen in a lot of times that as a people we advocate for things than the love that is meant to be the most wonderful experience we can have

A lot of times I’ve always wondered why people always start in relationships with great passion and enthusiasm of the person they are getting in a relationship with, they have so many wonderful and beautiful things to say about that individual.

As a relationship progresses things begin to go cold the amazing person that we have always heard about is no longer as amazing as we thought they would, my question is what may have happened in between dates and all those nights that were spent preparing for a wonderful and beautiful relationship? The answer remains the same, most of us we use emotions to justify our feelings about individuals, once those feelings fade that means it’s no longer the person we assumed they are, because we went in for what looks good on an individual that is just the focus of why we claim to love them.

Love is not a feeling it is a lifestyle if you adopt it you will have no problem living in it
