Our relationships matter a lot when it comes to those we lead, most leaders have become more obsessed with their achievements than being servants to the achievement of the collective.

A lot of our leadership today becomes more of an individual than the collective, we become leaders because we are dearly aspiring to serve, once we are in positions of leadership we forget service and start being obsessive of what things they have achieved than evaluating what needs done and what the Collective has done to reach the level they have.

Agility of leadership is being on course to believing in service to others other than self, putting other people’s needs above your own, it’s just the agility of purpose

There is no greater leader that is a lone person, there are times that most people say that leaders are born not made, they may be truth in it and that may not be true in another sense depending on the angle you look at it.

Our leaders today have failed to make the best out of their subordinates, they treat others as though they themselves did not begin from the bottom, they treat tittles as tittle deeds to mistreating others, leaders of today have no respect to those they lead, most of our leaders today want to lead but forget that they were put in those places by the very people they are abusing.

Assertive Leadership gives a leader and the led a conversation of thought into being able to understand the led from a leaders point of view, learning and picking up the habits of those that you lead, treating them as family in every good possible way.

True heroes are never the ones that talk about how they became heroes, their story is told by those that see what they have achieved, most of us today want to be heroes and we do everything to get to the heroes status not doing everything to grow in being heroes.

Success is everybody’s dream it is however that there are a few that take opportunities that they have to make success the best they can achieve, most of us are not at the place that we aught to be because at times when we are meant to show up in success we end up having other peoples plans instead of our plans. If today i may ask each and everyone of us that has a desire and dreams that whose dreams have we worked hard to make a reality? I guess a lot of us will have the same answer, that is half a dozen of us may have been thinking we are chasing our own dreams yet we are making other people’s dreams a reality at our own expense. What you desire is often locked up in what you are very good at, no matter your passion, interest/dedication there is treasure you have that is locked up in whatever you are very good at.

Absorbed Success is just the desire of unlocking whatever you are very good at, travailing in excellency in maintaining its passion and desire, turning dreams that may have been dead into living realities. You can no make what you do not believe in into reality, you can not either turn nothing into something, there is nothing new that makes the next person successful its just that they embraced whatever they are good at much better than most of us, i believe we all have an idea of absorbing success and making it to our advantage

A lot of our leaders today have a problem that they do not accept to have, that is selfishness, leadership is about serving others than serving yourself, most of our leaders today have in their own thinking and actions think they have reached the pinnacle of their leadership and they have finished growing in their roles as leaders.

When you are a leader you never stop learning and you can keep growing day ofter day, learn from even individuals that may be regarded as the least in the chain of command from those that you lead. Do not be a leader that has all answers, remember that an answer that says ill get back to you about that when Ive re-evaluated and sought light on this matter is the most satisfying answer and does not make you week it actually make you much stronger as a leader.

Absorbed Leadership is the aspiration of rejecting self to absorb the problems of others for the sake of progress, making others more valuable than yourself as you value them, your value too increases as a leader.

The thought of a leader often affects those that he/she leads, ambition is not a bad thing, however most of our leaders today are over-ambitious, when you have two or three people that have given you the mandate to be their leader, remember to make them believe first in the reality of things that are visible to them before embarking on ambition.

There are a lot of Leaders who have lost the battle of Leadership before they even begin it, all because they have promised too much or too little of their capabilities, if we are to be the most successful leaders in our generation we should learn to live within our capabilities, it is not all of us that are given the capabilities of doing things. Most of us as leaders have just been relying on their strength more than learn from those we serve, remember being a great leader you become a great servant first, you can never take people to a place where you do not believe you can make it by yourself.

Most leaders think that their tittle gives them the power to be respected and perform miracle of earning everybody’s respect, remember inflicting fear in people makes you loose the best relationships with those you lead and further takes away your peace as a person, can i just make an observation of leadership?, most of the leaders that are feared are called dictators not leaders, they lead by inflicting fear to those they lead, they believe that they have achieved everything and those that they lead are just subjects than subordinates. Fear and leadership are two different things, fear is for those that do not aspire to grow in leadership but want to keep holding on to what they think they have been taught than what they have achieved and developed themselves.

Ardent Leadership is the power to influence without fear, the confidence in service you give as an individual, creating room to learn as an individual, taking every obstacle and mistake as room for improvement

The power to achieve always rests within oneself, there is nothing that holds one back than oneself, most of us are always on the lookout for opportunities and think that these are scarce to find/such are just awarded to just the deserving and those that have certain qualities to achieve them.

There are a lot of times I personally have nearly given up on doing what i enjoy doing, reasons can be many and I can blame everything on my busy lifestyle and the things that are not productive that I personally create for myself. Most of us give up special gifts, dreams/ideas not because we are lazy/unqualified, we give up because we dedicate our time and effort on the wrong things, we invest too much time on what others are good at not what we are good at, we keep telling stories of others making it not making our own stories of what we are great and good at.

You can not make it without inspiration that is absolutely a no brainier however a lot of us dwell so much on the Inspiration part than making the inspiration work their passion and make their dreams come to life, we are a people that are sucked in inspiration and more inspiration, however not using that inspiration to create other inspires out of our dreams and desires. If i could ask you a question today, which is just simple, what makes you not be the best at what you are good at? there will be a lot of answers and excuses as to why we have not fulfilled our potential, the top of the list is that there are no resources/someone did not give us the opportunity to make it. Let me be honest with you if you are waiting for someone to give you an opportunity then you will wait until the one with opportunity passes you by and gives to those that are willing to take it.

Ardent Success is the greater power of accessing opportunities and taking them, the desire to go far beyond obstacles, seeing obstacles as an opportunity to grow in whatever you are good at. Life is not for those that just exist but for those that want to live it, are you prepared to live in a life that has opportunities that are available and take them.
