There are a lot of us today as leaders that believe that our experiences in life may be the kind of life we would love others to live by, no matter the hardships you may have faced in your life as an individual, it doesn’t mean that you aught to implement the same hardships on those who we lead. Leaders today fail to achieve the best possible outcomes for their organisations because they don’t find simple ways of understanding the ways and struggles of each and every individual in their team.

Adorable leadership entails the excellence in productivity of the collective, understanding the power of unison to achieve the best in productivity of any organisation, Business or institution. You and I can be the best leaders of our organisations, businesses and institutions if we understand that leadership is not for self gratification but for a collective purpose

When it doesn’t matter to you it won’t matter even to opportunities that are available for it to work, I mean a lot of us have great ideas and dreams however these come crushing down because we have less time for our ideas and dreams than we have for other people’s.

There is no point in wanting to become the best person if you are not going to put an effort to make it happen, being the best means that there are tests that will bring the worst in a person for them to attain the best. Success journey is not travelled well with many it is a lonely journey, if you want to be successful then know that there are stressful nights, days, months, and even years of toiling alone, all it takes is your passion and dedication in whatever you are truly Good at.

Admirable Success is when one is much prepared to go all the way in making excellence in their ideas and dreams be a reality, not exhausting the little in best things you are truly Good at. No one can achieve success for you it’s either you make your gift adorable or adore others making whatever they are truly Good at becoming real.

There is no greater leader that is a lone person, there are times that most people say that leaders are born not made, they may be truth in it and that may not be true in another sense depending on the angle you look at it.

Our leaders today have failed to make the best out of their subordinates, they treat others as though they themselves did not begin from the bottom, they treat tittles as tittle deeds to mistreating others, leaders of today have no respect to those they lead, most of our leaders today want to lead but forget that they were put in those places by the very people they are abusing.

Assertive Leadership gives a leader and the led a conversation of thought into being able to understand the led from a leaders point of view, learning and picking up the habits of those that you lead, treating them as family in every good possible way.

Let us all be great and responsible leaders being assertive all the times and creating great legacies for our organizations, Institutions and businesses

Ideas for Peace

Several ways we have tried, and several ways we have implemented, our hearts and minds value the art-most price for peace! it is in our ideas where peace is hidden, we may close the systems that infiltrate hate and injustice, yet our ideas towards peace are not within us. We can recruit our ideas to try and be specific on achievement yet the world’s solution to peace lies in our ideas, together human race can negotiate peace with powerful ideas that are converted to hate, anger and violence to one another, such ideas used for the master work of achieving peace our children and our children’s children will enjoy the reality of peace, with our ideas working positively for peace sake.
