The great idea is the most tough idea, the most big dream is the one that keeps you awake at night.

Most of us have the most magnificent ideas, dreams and visions, the only difference between us and those peers of ours who are successful is how to nature our own dreams, ideas and vision. We tend to think big and give ourselves cheap to challenges that we may or not face at all. We tend to have excuses as to why we are not achieving what we are meant to be achieving because someone did not make the right decisions in regards to our ideas, dreams and vision.

The enzyme of success is keeping your big dreams, vision and ideas growing despite being told it can’t be done, don’t give your success away because someone doesn’t see it the way you see it, be convinced this is what it’s worth, believe it is what it is worth, grow it’s worth, this is the enzyme of Success you will not have it if you keep giving it away.

A great way of understanding that when you do unto others, you expect them to do unto you what you did to them, they say a rolling stone gather no moss.

Leadership today is like that rolling stone that is gathering no moss, we at some point as Leaders need to get others on our team to progress our vision. Most leaders today never evaluate their own ways of leadership, they simply believe they make the right decisions all the time and there is no one smarter than them, thus because they were smart enough to start the organisation/business/corporation themselves.

Reviewed Leadership is the art of learning from your subordinates giving the best credit when credit is needed, most leaders don’t know how to give credit, but know how to get credit to themselves, let us all be the reviewed leaders who become the best while our teams also progress as the best, let’s learn not to take credit for what they have done but give that credit to them for the growth of our organisations, business and corporations.

I am a product of love, love is not just a word to me, love is not just that song that brings goosebumps when sang, more than just what i have been told about Love, but what have been imprinted in me.

This is a beautiful song of love to which most of us are attracted to in the relationships we posses/relationships that we are in, most of us have never lived a life that is in its entirety been made out of pure love not just words and broken promises. Most of us can not love because of what they believe Love to be/what it represents.

Sentimental Love is the ability of character and life that we breath in the word love, making such a word reality and meaning to all relationships we may find ourselves in. I believe you and I can make a meaning out of the sentiment Love brings in this Sentimental Love.

Demand of Success

Sometimes we are more concerned about what if things do not work out, there are a few other people that have made it through such and such, we can not do it because we are restricted, all these excuses have made us become more fertile ground for ideas and dreams that have never been implemented/will never be implemented.

The demand of success is the consistent power of keeping on going even though nothing seeming to be shifting, you are the demand your desired success needs, you are the will and effort to make it through, it never is easy if you are the one starting with it, its never easy if it is your idea and dream. Keep going, keep believing and demand more from yourself as an individual, I believe we all can demand more from ourselves and be the demand that success needs from us.

A lot of times we tend to live lives that are full of reputations, we are so comfortable to the point that we miss opportunities to grow into great people, we always repeating same things always and expect a different outcome.

One author once said “Stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result” most of us through what we call comfortable state of mind are always in a stupid state of mind keeping on doing same things year in and year out expecting different results.

The Endorsement of Success is in the uncomfortable change of doing things, uncomfortable way of delivering your ideas some balance of radicalisation and realism. We all can endorse success in every aspect of our life, if we start to recognise things that don’t work that we keep doing, this is just the Endorsement of Success, can you be Endorsed in it?

Success is the power of your mind influencing your ideas to greatness in reality, we all are born to be successful, it’s how we make that success work or not work in our minds.

The mind is the integral part of our life, whatever the mind thinks it is interpreted to the heart and then action is evident, so then you should think it, speak it, believe it and receive it, most of us today have the most amazing ideas and dreams that could make u s the most successful entrepreneurs of our generation, however the power of our minds determine how big or small your ideas can be.

Success Teacher is your own ability to think bigger than your circumstances, most of us are not where we want to be in terms of excellence and creativity because of the way we think, start thinking bigger and speak it, write it down and receive it, you are your own success teacher so start teaching yourself and I believe both of us can learn from our own success teacher

Therapeutic Love

It’s amazing how much we so desire to have something in life, once we get that particular thing we don’t do much to improve it, we just relax and enjoy having that desire we once had, we only get a wake up call when something goes wrong with whatever we desired.

Most of us have been hurt one way or the other in relationships, it doesn’t matter weather it’s a family relationship, romantic or friendship, we have been hit hard by our trust and belief in other people who we didn’t expect to hurt us. The problem we often have is how to move on from the damage caused by the hurt we have experienced, and still look and believe in these people the same way as before.

Healing is the power to overcome whatever hurt that you have experienced in relationships, forgiveness to self first is the first step towards healing your wounds of trust and belief, you can not move on in every relationship without forgiveness of yourself and those that hurt you. Most of us today are carrying a lot of burdens from past relationships and it is difficult for us to trust and love moving forward.

Therapeutic Love is the power of knowing how to forgive yourself first for trusting people without knowing that none of us are perfect but are all work in progress, once we understand that, we become therapeutic to ourselves and we begin to love ourselves and live with decisions we have made, taking lessons out of our hurt.

This is the type of Love we don’t have and possess in our lives today but we can, I believe that from now on moving forward, we can have this therapeutic relationship with ourselves and learn to be the best person we can be.

There is no holding back in what you can visualise and see happening, we are a people and we do get carried away with different things in life which in turn makes us loose sight of the most greatest things life can ever bring to us.

Most of us do not have not because we are not deserving we do not have because we lake vision, when we achieve we stop thinking further than what we have right now, we have become a right now society, where we celebrate and continue to celebrate until our celebrations become history. We as a people have celebrated too much of history than keep celebrating the present, we don’t hunger anymore after we’ve had a little success.

Have the sensational enthusiasm to get more, believe that you were not born just to achieve but outlive any success you achieve, believe you can even if the odds are stacked up against you, the best are not satisfied by position, they are positioned for satisfaction.

There is power in all of us in everything we do, the power is then reduced to force when we don’t develop to make power Mighty, a lot of our leadership today is more of what they are not able to do than what they are truly able to.

We have leaders in today’s world who are much concerned about their image more than their character, most of our leaders today spend too much time building an image than building their characters, they say that an empty vessel makes the loudest noise, such is our leaders in today’s world, they have no substance yet they speak about substance, they have the image but that is not enough to maintain harmony, peace, inspiration, impact and dedication of excellence in their organisations, institutions and businesses.

How you look does not count much, it is what you possess as an individual in your character that makes the cut in Leadership, you can not be an inspiration to people you don’t know about.

Able leadership is the influence of character in excellence towards a people that are interested in doing great, the hunger of consistency in character to achieve the common goal of the collective.

We make it because we want to make it, we get challenges that are bigger because we can afford to go a mile higher. Most of us are too reluctant to become the best we can ever be, this is because we are very comfortable with excuses.

Making it is no one else’s initiative it is your own, don’t live a life that is full of excuses as to why you have not made it to your excellence and dedication to your passion and dreams. A lot of us have dreams and ideas so great that it often scares them on how to execute them, hence excuses become part of their lives. We are all given a chance or chances in life the difference between those that make it and those that don’t is that those that make it are dedicated to finishing what they start and they take their chances, hence those who don’t make it are full of excuses as to why they could not achieve or take their chances given to them.
