There is no greater leader that is a lone person, there are times that most people say that leaders are born not made, they may be truth in it and that may not be true in another sense depending on the angle you look at it.

Our leaders today have failed to make the best out of their subordinates, they treat others as though they themselves did not begin from the bottom, they treat tittles as tittle deeds to mistreating others, leaders of today have no respect to those they lead, most of our leaders today want to lead but forget that they were put in those places by the very people they are abusing.

Assertive Leadership gives a leader and the led a conversation of thought into being able to understand the led from a leaders point of view, learning and picking up the habits of those that you lead, treating them as family in every good possible way.

A lot of our leaders today have a problem that they do not accept to have, that is selfishness, leadership is about serving others than serving yourself, most of our leaders today have in their own thinking and actions think they have reached the pinnacle of their leadership and they have finished growing in their roles as leaders.

When you are a leader you never stop learning and you can keep growing day ofter day, learn from even individuals that may be regarded as the least in the chain of command from those that you lead. Do not be a leader that has all answers, remember that an answer that says ill get back to you about that when Ive re-evaluated and sought light on this matter is the most satisfying answer and does not make you week it actually make you much stronger as a leader.

Absorbed Leadership is the aspiration of rejecting self to absorb the problems of others for the sake of progress, making others more valuable than yourself as you value them, your value too increases as a leader.

The thought of a leader often affects those that he/she leads, ambition is not a bad thing, however most of our leaders today are over-ambitious, when you have two or three people that have given you the mandate to be their leader, remember to make them believe first in the reality of things that are visible to them before embarking on ambition.

There are a lot of Leaders who have lost the battle of Leadership before they even begin it, all because they have promised too much or too little of their capabilities, if we are to be the most successful leaders in our generation we should learn to live within our capabilities, it is not all of us that are given the capabilities of doing things. Most of us as leaders have just been relying on their strength more than learn from those we serve, remember being a great leader you become a great servant first, you can never take people to a place where you do not believe you can make it by yourself.

Most leaders think that their tittle gives them the power to be respected and perform miracle of earning everybody’s respect, remember inflicting fear in people makes you loose the best relationships with those you lead and further takes away your peace as a person, can i just make an observation of leadership?, most of the leaders that are feared are called dictators not leaders, they lead by inflicting fear to those they lead, they believe that they have achieved everything and those that they lead are just subjects than subordinates. Fear and leadership are two different things, fear is for those that do not aspire to grow in leadership but want to keep holding on to what they think they have been taught than what they have achieved and developed themselves.

Ardent Leadership is the power to influence without fear, the confidence in service you give as an individual, creating room to learn as an individual, taking every obstacle and mistake as room for improvement

Leadership has never been and will never be an easy journey, first a leader has to be the servant of those that he serves which is much of a different ball game in todays leadership, todays leaders are serving themselves more than they serve those they are meant to lead.

A lot of us rush into wanting a position than learning to be a servant of the position that we aspire to have, we have become greedy of the position and the perks that comes with the position. Leadership is never about position its about the power to serve even if the position was to be removed, a tittle will never by any means gain you respect, but your character will, most leaders lake character therefore feel threatened by those that they lead that possess the best in character than they do.

I remember a word that my father kept hammering in my heard about respect, he said to me that respect was earned not given, as i have grown up in positions of leadership i have experienced more leaders that want to be given respect other than earning respect, the first thing that most leaders fail to understand is the service to those we lead and the character to maintain the same status of servant-hood to those we serve.

Astonishing leadership is the power to combine character, servant-hood and the nature of respect towards those that we lead

I believe we all can be best at developing our characters to be the best leaders in our Organizations, businesses or institutions

There seem to be a lot going on in the world, the world have just been hit and it has no clue what hit it, our leaders today are running out of ideas on how to deal with problems that are facing the world today. May I not be the one that thinks he knows it all in leadership, but allow me to share my opinion, most leaders today lake enthusiasm, they work on the past, most leaders today can not depart from tradition. May I say the mentor of leadership is allowing oneself to grow within trends of new traditions, a transformed leader is an informed leader, I’ll repeat that again, a transformed leader is an informed leader. This means that every single day a leader is learning from decisions made by his subordinates, he is transformed by understanding that being among his/her team makes him/her part of the organizational transformation. There is no simpler way of being transformed as a leader than being informed, this is our age, this is our generation, let’s make it our tradition, our decisions come from within.

No matter how much time you spend trying to impress those that are at the top, it is not all about how you impress, it is how much you invest in those that follow you. Most leaders today have failed to make their mark in organization, because of making who they know their priority, Its not who you know at the top, its how much you know those that you lead, today we have leaders who are just in offices because of who they know, not as to how much they know how to lead their teams. A prudent leader knows how his/her team functions, he/she understands those that he/she leads, in his/her leadership the team is confident and secure. There are a lot of times when humanity has a burden, this burden is not that humanity has no solution, the burden is how humanity can use a solution. Leaders are born and there are at present more leaders that are born into leadership, it is however that these leaders are not aware that by right there are leaders,just as stated above, the solution is there which means leaders are there, it is how leadership knowledge is administered to these leaders. A true leader administers the best for himself/herself before asking/administering the best for his/her team, today’s leaders fail not because the people are not listening, leaders today fail because they have not been listening to those they lead.Practically speaking you can not be a DJ leader that plays your tune and speak to an imaginary crowd, The dos of pure leadership is administered by the efficiency of a number of the following of decisions influenced by oneself. It starts by how you talk to yourself alone as a person to understand how another will interpret what you want to convey, that is true administered leadership, I believe that you and I today and any other day will administer the best in our roles as leaders and always playing the good cards that makes our followers want to follow us, I’m excited that you and I thrive today for a better people, a better tomorrow a greater leadership that yields the best of a generation
