Most leaders are confident and concentrate on confidence more than they concentrate on continuity of their impact as well on their confidence, leaders in today’s world have forgotten the purpose of service in their leadership, they run way ahead of process, they rush things, they want to be respected before they show respect themselves, they want to be respected by what they say other than what they do, one person once said that respect is earned not given, most of our leaders today enforce respect on those they lead and they wonder why there is no growth in their influences.
