A lot of times as leaders and governments we fail not because we are not able, we fail because we give in to our egos, we let our egos control us as states, as nations, even as small businesses that we may have. Peace is negotiated at a table where ego does not play a part however we as leaders and governments invite the unwelcome guests which are egos, once such are on the negotiating table peace decides to stand at the side where its not visible, in simple terms peace can not be negotiated based on ego. Peace can only be negotiated when ego is ignored and fairness and justice are present.
